To register we have a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $40. We also take a $100 deposit. This deposit can be paid to hold your spot up to 30 days prior to starting at the center. Deposits are not refunded to families changing their minds during this time. Deposits are refunded if 1 month’s notice is given if the child care space is no longer required. Some field trips may have an additional charge.
We offer full time, part time and drop in rates, however, part time must be either Tuesday & Thursday OR Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. *Prices are per month and are paid for the month ahead.
*Children in Australia Room and Africa Room attending preschool or kindergarten are still subject to the fees listed above, regardless of school attendance.
*Drop Ins are required to fill out all required documentation prior to attendance, pay the one time $40 registration fee, and are required to call to give 24 hours prior to attendance day. Drop ins are subject to availability. All drop ins are subject to the daily rate of $50 regardless of age or time attending.
In the event, a child is left onsite after 6pm; the following late fees will be applied: Late pick up between 6:00pm-6:15pm will be an automatic charge of $40. Late pick up between 6:15pm-6:30pm will be an automatic charge of $60. Families picking up late the first time will receive the charge based on the time the children leave the center. Families picking up late the second time will receive the charge based on the time the children leave the center as well as a written warning. Families picking up late a third time will receive the charge based on the time the children leave the center as well as a final written warning. If a fourth late pick up happens, the child care agreement will be terminated and the family will need to find alternative care for their child/ren. All late pickups will be documented with dates and times.
